Install Methods

How to install Nulls Brawl on iPhone or iPad - 5 methods

Two methods work right inside Safari. Two more need a PC or Mac. The fifth one uses legacy iTunes. Pick the one that fits your setup, and follow the short steps.

Method 1 - Direct install in Safari

iPhone only - about 3 minutes - no PC needed

This is the fastest path. You tap one link in Safari and follow the iOS prompts. No computer is needed at any step.

  1. Open Safari on your iPhone. Chrome and Firefox will not trigger the iOS install prompt.
  2. Tap the IPA download link on this page.
  3. When iOS asks, tap Allow so the profile can load.
  4. iOS will either jump you to Settings, or you can open it yourself: Settings > General > VPN & Device Management.
  5. Find the new profile that carries the app name and tap it.
  6. Tap Trust, then confirm. Nulls Brawl now sits on your home screen.

Apple sometimes revokes the signing certificate for this method. If install fails, jump to Method 2 and pick a different server mirror, or use Sideloadly or AltStore.

Method 2 - Configuration Profile with 4 mirrors

iPhone only - about 3 minutes - pick a working mirror

We host four signed mirrors. If one mirror is revoked, the next one usually still works. Each mirror uses the standard iOS Configuration Profile flow.

  1. Tap one of the four Install buttons below (Server #1 to #4).
  2. When the prompt shows up, tap Allow so the profile saves to your iPhone.
  3. Open Settings > General > VPN & Device Management.
  4. Tap the new profile, then tap Install. Enter your passcode if iOS asks.
  5. Confirm with Install again, then Done. The app drops onto your home screen.

Pick a server mirror. If one is revoked, try the next one.

Method 3 - Sideloadly on Windows or Mac

Needs a PC or Mac - 5 to 8 minutes - most reliable path

Sideloadly installs the IPA from your computer to your iPhone. A free Apple ID works for 7 days. A paid Apple Developer account lasts a full year.

  1. Install the latest iTunes and iCloud on Windows. On a Mac, skip this step.
  2. Download Sideloadly for your OS and install it.
  3. Connect your iPhone or iPad over USB and unlock the device.
  4. Open Sideloadly and drag the Nulls Brawl IPA into the window.
  5. Type your Apple ID. It is sent only to Apple, not stored by Sideloadly.
  6. After install, open Settings > General > VPN & Device Management. Trust your Apple ID, then launch the app.

Only sideload IPAs from sources you trust. Verify the SHA-256 on this page against the file you downloaded before you install it.

Method 4 - AltStore on Windows or Mac

Needs a PC or Mac - refresh over Wi-Fi each week

AltStore works like Sideloadly. The big bonus: it refreshes the app over Wi-Fi as long as AltServer is running on the same network. That is the easiest fix for the 7-day expiry.

Step A - Set up AltStore

  1. Install iTunes, iCloud, and AltServer on your computer.
  2. Start AltServer. On Windows, run it as Administrator.
  3. Connect your iPhone or iPad over USB and turn on Wi-Fi sync in iTunes.
  4. From the AltServer tray icon, install AltStore on your iPhone and enter your Apple ID.
  5. Trust the developer profile in Settings > General > VPN & Device Management.

Step B - Install the Nulls Brawl IPA

  1. Save the IPA to the Files app on your iPhone.
  2. Open AltStore and tap My Apps.
  3. Tap the plus icon and pick the saved IPA.
  4. Wait for the install bar to finish. The app appears on your home screen.

To stop the 7-day expiry, keep AltServer running on the same Wi-Fi and tap Refresh All in AltStore once a week.

Method 5 - Classic iTunes sync

Old-school - 5 minutes - works on legacy iTunes only

This is the old way iOS sideloading worked. It still runs on iTunes 12.6.5.3 on Windows, or any older macOS iTunes that still shows the Apps tab. Modern iTunes hides the Apps pane, so use Methods 3 or 4 if you cannot see it.

  1. Download the Nulls Brawl IPA from this page to your computer.
  2. Open iTunes and double-click the IPA. It lands in your Apps list inside iTunes.
  3. Plug your iPhone or iPad into the computer over USB and unlock the device.
  4. In iTunes, select your iPhone, open Apps, find Nulls Brawl, then tap Install.
  5. Click Sync. iTunes copies the IPA over to your iPhone, and the app appears on the home screen.

Apple removed the Apps tab from iTunes 12.7 and newer. If you do not see it, this method will not work, and you should use Sideloadly or AltStore instead.

Updating on iOS

Update Nulls Brawl on iPhone without losing progress

iOS does not auto-update sideloaded apps. So when a new IPA drops, you install it yourself. The steps below keep your save safe.

Tip: Create a Null's Connect account before you update. That single step is the easiest way to keep your brawlers, trophies, and skins safe between IPA releases.

Good news: most iOS updates ride inside the app. So after the first install, you usually only re-download the IPA when Apple rotates the certificate, or when the build version jumps a major step. Small patches push to you in the background.

  1. Set up a Null's Connect account first, so your account survives a fresh install.
  2. Do not delete the current app. Install the new IPA on top of it with the same method you used before.
  3. Used Safari or a Configuration Profile last time? Use the same one again. Used Sideloadly or AltStore? Reconnect over USB or Wi-Fi.
  4. Open the app and sign in with Null's Connect if your save does not restore on its own.
iOS Troubleshooting

The seven iOS install problems people hit most

Each problem below shows the cause first, then the fix. The list covers most of the support emails we get for the iPhone build.

  1. Problem 1: App could not be installed at this time

Cause: Apple revoked the signing certificate behind that build. Your iPhone is fine. The certificate is the part that broke.

    Fix:

    • Try a different Install button (Server #2, #3, or #4). They use different certificates.
    • Wait a few hours, then try again. Apple sometimes re-validates the cert.
    • Switch to Method 3 (Sideloadly) or Method 4 (AltStore). They sign the IPA with your own Apple ID, so they do not depend on the public cert.
  2. Problem 2: Untrusted Developer warning when you open the app

Cause: iOS shows this for any app that did not come from the App Store. It is a normal security check, not a malware alert.

    Fix:

    • Open Settings > General > VPN & Device Management.
    • Tap the matching profile. For Methods 1 and 2, look for the app name. For Methods 3 and 4, look for your Apple ID.
    • Tap Trust, then confirm. The app now opens like any other.
  3. Problem 3: The app only works for 7 days (Sideloadly or AltStore)

Cause: Free Apple IDs only sign apps for 7 days. After that, iOS blocks them until you re-sign. A paid Apple Developer account signs for a full year.

    Fix:

    • Sideloadly: plug the iPhone back into the computer over USB and run the install again.
    • AltStore: keep AltServer running on the same Wi-Fi as your iPhone. Then open AltStore on the iPhone and tap Refresh All.
    • Want longer signing? Upgrade to a paid Apple Developer account. That stretches signing to 365 days.
  4. Problem 4: The game crashes right after the launch screen

Cause: Three usual causes: a revoked certificate, a corrupted IPA, or an iOS build that is too old for the app.

    Fix:

    • Restart the iPhone fully and try again. That fixes most one-off crashes.
    • If the crash repeats, long-press the icon, choose Remove App, and delete the install.
    • Re-download the IPA. Pick a different mirror or method this time.
    • Check that your iPhone runs iOS 13.0 or newer. Older iOS versions are not supported.
  5. Problem 5: Endless loading screen or server error

Cause: This is almost always a server-side issue. The private server may be under maintenance, under heavy load, or in the middle of a new patch.

    Fix:

    • Do not reinstall right away. That will not fix a server outage.
    • Wait 30 to 60 minutes, then open the app again.
    • Make sure your Wi-Fi or 4G/5G signal is stable. A weak signal looks like a server error.
  6. Problem 6: Not enough storage during the install

Cause: iOS needs more free space during the install than the final app uses. The system unpacks the IPA, so you need extra room for that temporary copy.

    Fix:

    • Open Settings > General > iPhone Storage to see what is full.
    • Free at least 2 to 3 GB. Photos, old videos, and unused apps are usually the biggest wins.
    • Run the install again once you have enough space.
  7. Problem 7: The in-game pop-up asks you to update

Cause: Sideloaded apps do not auto-update through the App Store. The pop-up just means the server has a new build, and your IPA is older.

    Fix:

    • Come back to this page and download the latest IPA.
    • Install it with the same method you used last time. The new IPA replaces the old one in place.
    • Sign in with Null's Connect after the update. Your progress restores in a few seconds.
Overview

What is Nulls Brawl for iOS?

Nulls Brawl iOS is a private-server build of Brawl Stars for iPhone and iPad. The server unlocks every brawler, skin, and currency from the start. You install it as an IPA, and you do not need a jailbreak.

Below are the nine things that make the iOS build different from the App Store version. After that, a quick safety block covers what is safe, what is on you, and how the install affects your iPhone.

Tighter battery use

Frame pacing adapts to your battery state. So a 90-minute session costs fewer percentage points than the official build.

More precise taps

Apple touch input refreshes every 5 ms. As a result, dodges and lobbing aim feel sharper than on most Android panels.

Smoother frames

120 FPS on ProMotion iPhones and iPads. Every other supported iPhone holds a rock-solid 60 FPS in busy lobbies.

  • 1

Every brawler unlocked from the start

All brawlers open the moment you sign in. You skip boxes, drop trophies, and side quests. You can test any brawler in any mode within seconds.

  • 2

Mod support on iPhone and iPad

The iOS build supports community mods. You can swap skins, try fan-made effects, or run light visual modes for older devices. Mods load right inside the app.

  • 3

    Brawlers maxed at Level 11

Each brawler starts at Level 11. All gadgets, Star Powers, and Hypercharges come pre-unlocked. You do not grind power points, so you can focus on builds and team play.

  • 4

    Retired and event-only skins included

You can use skins that the official game retired or locked behind events. Brand-new exclusive designs also show up here. The full closet is open from minute one.

  • 5

Faster trophy progress in every match

Each match drops more trophies than the official game. As a result, you climb ranks quickly. New content also unlocks faster, so you spend more time playing.

  • 6

All modes and seasonal events ready to play

Every official mode is in the build, including seasonal and limited-time events. From 3v3 to solo Showdown, queues stay busy at most hours. Friendly matches and bots are also one tap away.

  • 7

    Player-first, not in-app-purchase-first

The private server is community-run, not a store. You will not see paywalls, energy timers, or push offers. Every cosmetic and currency sits inside the app for free.

  • 8

    Multiplayer, clans, and 1v1 duels

You can join a clan, found a new one, or invite friends to private matches. A friendly-match menu also supports clean 1v1 duels with bots turned off.

  • 9

    Server-exclusive events and tournaments

The team runs events you will not find in the official game. Highlights include modifier nights with infinite gadgets and a yearly 100-versus-100 anniversary battle with up to 200 players on one map.

iOS safety, account independence, and what to expect

Four short notes before you tap install. Read them once, and the rest of the page makes more sense.

File integrity
Every IPA on this page passes an internal check before release. You also get the SHA-256 hash, so you can verify the file on VirusTotal before you install it.
Separate from your Supercell account
Nulls Brawl runs on its own servers. It does not connect to your real Brawl Stars account, and Supercell does not see your activity inside it. Your official progress stays untouched.
No jailbreak, no warranty risk
Every install method on this page uses standard iOS sideloading. Your warranty stays valid, and your iPhone keeps System Integrity Protection. Apple still controls the system layer.
Suggested age: 13 and up
The gameplay is fast and competitive. As with the official Brawl Stars, we suggest 13 and up. Parents should still review the chat and clan features with younger players.

Important: Apps from outside the App Store ask you to trust the certificate in iOS Settings. That step is up to you, and you can also remove the profile at any time. Only sideload files from sources you trust.

iOS Optimizations

iOS-only tech features inside Nulls Brawl

Apple ships some features that only iPhone and iPad users get. The list below is what the private build leans on the most.

  • 1

    120 FPS on ProMotion displays

On iPhone 13 Pro and newer, plus ProMotion iPad Pro models, the game runs at 120 frames per second. So aim, dodge, and Super animations look glass-smooth in fast lobbies.

  • 2

    Metal API rendering

Apple's low-level graphics layer drives every frame. As a result, you get sharp visuals on every supported iPhone and iPad, with no extra wrapper layers in the way.

  • 3

    Taptic Engine haptics

The iPhone's Taptic Engine kicks in for shots, Supers, and Hypercharges. So you feel each hit, not just see it, which makes long sessions easier to read.

  • 4

    iCloud backup hook

Your save snapshot rides along with your normal iOS backups. After a fresh restore or a new iPhone, the app re-syncs through Null's Connect in seconds.

  • 5

    Battery-aware frame pacing

Frame pacing reads your iPhone battery level. So a 90-minute session costs fewer percentage points than the official build under the same load.

Account Save

Null's Connect on iOS - account safety and sync

Null's Connect is the cloud save that keeps your progress alive across IPA updates. On iPhone and iPad, it gets four extra features.

  • 1

Sign in with your Apple ID email

Use the same email address you use for the App Store. So you do not need to remember a new login, and password resets land in the same inbox.

  • 2

    Optional two-factor authentication

Turn on 2FA, and every new device asks for a 6-digit code. As a result, a lost iPhone cannot hand over your account, even if the screen is unlocked.

  • 3

iCloud sync across iPhone and iPad

Your brawlers, trophies, and skins move with your Apple ID. So you can start a match on iPhone in the morning and finish on iPad at night.

  • 4

    Encrypted at rest

Saves are stored with iOS-grade encryption. So a stolen or lost iPhone cannot leak account data, even if someone tries to read the app sandbox.

Note: two-factor authentication is opt-in, not required. You can also skip it and stay on a simple email-and-password login.

Server Commands

Four server commands every iOS player should know

These commands run on the Nulls Brawl server, not on your iPhone. Type them inside the in-game chat or the social menu.

  • /unlock all brawlers

    Open every brawler at once

Run this in the chat window. The server marks every brawler as owned, so you can pick any of them from the lobby.

  • /upgrade all brawlers

Push every brawler to top level

This pumps all brawlers to Level 11 with Gadgets, Star Powers, and Hypercharges turned on. Useful for fair test matches.

  • /unlock all skins

    Open the full skin closet

Every skin shows up in the shop and brawler menu, including retired and event-only ones. You can switch looks before each match.

  • /unlock all emotes & sprays

    Open every emote and spray

All voice lines, pins, and sprays become free. You can use them in any match or club chat.

Tip: commands work only on the private server. They will not run on the App Store version of Brawl Stars.

Game Modes

Game modes you can play on iOS

Every official mode is in the iOS build. On top of that, the private server adds ranked, co-op, and event modes that do not exist in the App Store version.

Permanent and rotating modes

Ten modes that run all year. Most are live around the clock, so queues stay short on iPhone and iPad.

  • Gem Grab

Classic 3v3. Pick up gems, hold ten, and survive the countdown.

  • Showdown (Solo & Duo)

Battle Royale on shrinking maps. Last brawler or duo wins.

  • Brawl Ball

3v3 soccer. First team to score two goals takes the match.

  • Heist

Defend your safe while the other team smashes through it.

  • Bounty

Score stars for each takedown. Most stars after the timer wins.

  • Hot Zone

Hold the painted zones. Standing inside fills your team meter.

  • Knockout

Round-based 3v3. No respawns. Wipe the other team to win.

  • Wipeout

First team to ten takedowns wins. Fast, loud, and built for sprays.

  • Crystal Guardian (5v5)

A wider 5v5 map with giant crystals to defend and steal.

  • Star Hunter (Solo)

Falling-star mode for solo play. Catch more stars than anyone else.

Competitive and PvE modes

Five modes for ranked players and co-op groups. They are great training grounds when you want a break from public queues.

  • Power League

Ranked queues with bans and picks. Solo and team ladders both reset every season, with a Pro rank at the top.

  • Siege

Collect bolts on the map, build a giant robot, then push it to the enemy IKE turret. Both sides race the same plan.

  • Big Game

One player becomes a boss with huge health. The rest of the team has to hunt them down before the timer ends.

  • Robo Rumble

Co-op survival. Three players defend a safe from waves of robots, each wave tougher than the last.

  • Boss Fight

PvE co-op against a single mega-boss. Three difficulty tiers, with bigger rewards at the top.

Server-only and special modes

Two extra event types live only on the Nulls Brawl server. You can jump into them from the in-game events tab.

  • Modifier nights

Limited events with special rules. Examples: infinite gadgets, double speed, low-gravity arenas, or one-shot weapons.

  • 100v100 anniversary battle

Once a year, the server hosts a huge 200-player map. Two teams of one hundred meet for one chaotic round you cannot find anywhere else.

Every mode rotates in-game once you connect to the Nulls Brawl server — jump into the lobby for the full map list and tier picks.

How Nulls Brawl iOS stacks up against other private servers

Nulls Brawl is not the only private server out there. Here is how the iOS build compares to four other names you may have seen.

  • vs reBrawl

reBrawl was iOS-friendly for years, but updates run slow. Nulls Brawl iOS ships within days of each official patch.

  • vs Atrasis

Atrasis focuses on lite features. Nulls Brawl iOS keeps the full roster, full skins, and every Hypercharge online.

  • vs Lwarb

Lwarb runs the same build on every device. Nulls Brawl iOS ships a separate IPA tuned for iPhone touch input and ProMotion.

  • vs CoCServer

CoCServer is mostly Clash-focused. For Brawl Stars on iPhone or iPad, Nulls Brawl iOS has the bigger lobby pool.

These are independent projects. We do not host or endorse them. The note is here so you can compare options before you sideload.

Power-User Option

Run Nulls Brawl iOS next to the official Brawl Stars

LiveContainer is an open-source iOS app loader. It lets you run two builds of the same app on one iPhone, so you do not have to pick one.

  1. Install LiveContainer on your iPhone. Use Sideloadly or AltStore, the same way you would for any sideloaded IPA.
  2. Open LiveContainer and tap Add app. Pick the Nulls Brawl IPA from the Files app on your iPhone.
  3. Launch Nulls Brawl from inside LiveContainer. The official Brawl Stars on your home screen stays untouched.

Heads up: some Nulls Brawl features may not render inside LiveContainer, such as custom modifiers or some shop boxes. If you hit that, install Nulls Brawl directly with Methods 1 through 4 instead.

iOS FAQ

Nulls Brawl iOS FAQ - iPhone and iPad questions

Quick answers on account safety, install limits, signing, matchmaking, and storage. Tap any question to expand it.

  • Will my real Brawl Stars account get banned for using Nulls Brawl iOS?

In normal use, no. Nulls Brawl runs on its own servers and does not talk to Supercell's servers. Still, never sign in to your real Supercell ID inside the app, and do not reuse your real login. That keeps the two accounts fully apart.

  • Is Nulls Brawl iOS legal to use on my iPhone?

Nulls Brawl is a fan-made private server, not an official Supercell product. It is free, and we do not sell the IPA. That said, Supercell's terms only cover the official client, so private-server use sits in a gray zone. Use it for offline fun and testing, not for ranked or money-related play.

  • Why does the install keep getting revoked?

Apple checks the signing certificate that ships with Methods 1 and 2. When that cert is revoked, every install signed with it stops working at the same time. Switch to a different mirror, or move to Sideloadly or AltStore so your own Apple ID does the signing.

  • How big is the Nulls Brawl IPA, and how much free space do I need?

The IPA is around 1.15 GB. iOS unpacks it during install, so keep 2 to 3 GB free on the device. After install, the app sits at about 1.5 GB on disk.

  • Do I need a jailbreak?

No. Every install method on this page uses standard iOS sideloading. Your iPhone keeps its warranty, and System Integrity Protection stays on. The app runs in the same sandbox that App Store apps use.

  • Which iOS versions are supported?

iOS 13.0 and newer, on both iPhone and iPad. Older iOS builds are not supported by the current Nulls Brawl iOS release.

  • How do I add a friend on the private server?

Open the social menu inside the game and tap Add Friend. Type the username or share code. You can also share that same code through any messenger app to invite friends fast.

  • How do I start a 1v1 duel with a friend?

Add each other as friends first. Then pick Friendly Match from the lobby, turn Bots off in the options, and pick a 1v1 map. That gives you a clean duel with no bots in the way.

  • Are there viruses or malware in the IPA?

Every IPA on this page is scanned before publish, and the SHA-256 hash is listed in the download table. You can verify the file on VirusTotal with one tap. Only download IPAs from sources you trust.

  • Are matches against real people or bots?

Matchmaking uses real players first. During quiet hours or in training modes, bots may fill empty slots so the queue is fast. You can spot bots by their name tags and basic movement.

  • How do I reset my progress on the iOS build?

Delete the app from your home screen. Then download the IPA again and reinstall it with the same method. You start from Level 1 unless your old save is linked to a Null's Connect account.
